Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support in the maintenance of project plans and documentations, project reporting, project billing and tracking of project issues. You will also be responsible for internal PMO work such as extraction of reports, tracking of invoices, etc.
- Sets up and manage support functions covering planning, tracking, reporting, quality management and internal communication, including scheduling meetings, and meeting minutes taking where required.
- Produces consolidated reporting, including service delivery management reports, milestone summary, key issues, risks, benefits, summary of revenue and costs incurred.
- Manages the Project Library.
- Reviews project activities for compliance with procedures and standards.
- Manages the support and provision of project tools and equipment.
- Manages project hardware, software and license control.
- Assists with the production of project and user documentation.
- Monitor and accrue Data Centre costs, coordinate deliveries, and facilitate the clearance processes in the Data Centre.
- Manage permanent access for customer accounts in the Data Center.
- Collaborate with the finance team to conduct stock takes, audit activities, and participate in monthly closing processes.
- Handle ad hoc responsibilities such as providing assistance in Disaster Recovery (DR) activities if necessary, and
- Participate in the renewal processes for ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certifications, etc.
