Job Description & Requirements
- To carry out all tasks in a reasonable time frame to ensure the smooth running of the areas
- Delegate tasks to central kitchen staff
- Provide assist as needed
- Monitor food stock and place orders
- Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items
- Able to work on weekend and PH
- Able to work a flexible schedule including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Other ad-hoc duties
