Gorica is one of the leading playground specialist firms in Singapore with more than 30 years of experience. We are looking for a civil engineering draughtsman to join our vibrant team.
Job Description:
1) Attend the project meetings and site meetings.
2) Prepare design layouts and sketches according to company design standards.
3) Coordinate with client throughout the design process to discuss their needs and expectations.
4) Communicating with overseas design team to develop design drawings, construction details, field reports document, produce construction documents on AutoCAD or Revit, freehand sketches.
5) Ensuring that the design meets all legal requirements for building permits.
6) Conducting regular inspections of construction sites to ensure that work is proceeding according to schedule and within budget guidelines.
Any other work pertaining to project will be deemed to be inclusive.
Job Requirements:
1) Degree in Design or Architectural.
2) Minimum 2 years of experience in design related fields and projects.
3) High aesthetic value for design typography graphic execution.
4) Ability to work across multiple types of design for the flooring and playground equipment.
5) Proficient in CAD software, Adobe Microsoft tools.
6) Ability to produce accurate and efficient work in a fast-paced environment.
7) Handle independently full set of construction documentation for tender.
