Job Description:
- Deliver a professional and high-quality service experience in a customer-facing role.
- Handle customers’ needs tactfully and professionally.
- Provide customers with clear explanations on the organisation's programmes and services while at the front desk.
- Maintain close liaison with all other departments to have a good understanding of the operational flow and ensure a seamless client experience.
- Develop great rapport with clients and build brand loyalty.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimally Diploma holder with relevant experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Sales or equivalent role.
- Possesses a customer-oriented mindset, in going the additional mile in delivering excellence service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Open to work on rotating shift hours and on weekends.
