Responsibilities:
- Continuously review, develop, and enhance the security framework, information security policies, processes, and guidelines to align with industry best practices.
- Monitor information security alerts, triage, and effectively mitigate and escalate issues as needed to maintain a secure environment.
- Identify security gaps through comprehensive threat risk assessments, proposing and implementing effective mitigating measures.
- Standardize and refine security incident response and escalation processes for timely and efficient resolution.
- Collaborate closely with the IT infrastructure team to evaluate, implement, and enhance various security components, including network perimeter security, endpoint security, SIEM, secured remote access, MFA, Identity Access Management, and Privileged Access Management.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines
- Minimum of 2 years of substantial and proven work experience in cybersecurity management and security governance.
- Proficiency and deep understanding in a minimum of four security tools, with specific expertise in CyberArk and Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Possession of industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent IT security certifications will be an added advantaged.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for effective collaboration and conveying technical information.
