ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Sales Admin Executive with expertise in SAP S/4 HANA, specifically in the Sales and Distribution (SD) Module, to focus on data management and collaboration with internal teams.
The major job duties and responsibilities are below:
Data Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for data management within SAP S/4 HANA, focusing on the Sales and Distribution (SD) Module.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date master data, working closely with internal teams to gather and maintain essential information.
- Act as the data steward for Sales and Distribution (SD) Module's requirements for any new request.
Collaboration with Regional Sales Team:
- Work closely with the regional sales team to gather data and feedback for the SAP S/4 HANA implementation in the SD Module.
- Act as a liaison between the internal teams and provide support as needed.
Super User:
- Become a super user of SAP S/4 HANA in the SD Module, providing expertise and guidance to internal teams.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on data management best practices.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the data management and collaboration workflows.
- Collaborate with the development team to enhance data-related functionalities.
Reporting:
- Generate and maintain reports related to master data, feedback from internal teams, and system performance.
- Contribute to the development of meaningful insights based on gathered data.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIRED:
- Proven experience in data management within SAP S/4 HANA, specifically in the SD Module.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially the regional sales team.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate information exchange between teams.
- Previous experience as a super user or providing system support is a plus.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
