Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QAQC Engineer to join our team, focusing on ensuring the quality and compliance of ultra-high purity piping systems within our semiconductor plant projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and quality control processes, particularly in the context of semiconductor manufacturing and ultra-high purity environments.
Responsibilities:
1. Quality Assurance:
- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and policies for ultra-high purity piping systems.
- Collaborate with project teams to establish quality standards and ensure adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications.
2. Quality Control:
- Perform inspections and tests on ultra-high purity piping components and systems to ensure compliance with design and industry standards.
- Identify and document deviations, non-conformities, and potential areas for improvement.
- Work closely with project teams to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
3. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive quality records, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance reports.
- Generate regular reports on quality performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Prepare documentation for regulatory and client audits
4. Collaboration:
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate quality assurance and control processes seamlessly into project workflows.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure a proactive approach to quality management.
5. Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the QAQC processes.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance overall quality performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QAQC Engineer in semiconductor manufacturing projects, with a focus on ultra-high purity piping systems.
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to ultra-high purity environments.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Engineer) would be advantageous.
