Job Description:
- Provide technical analysis and post-implementation support on technical issues and change requirements
- Conduct and coordinate system testing to ensure defects / issues are raised and follow through and notify project team immediately on critical issues
- Develop system enhancements for Infor CRM implementation using ASP.NET based on client’s requirements
- Develop user guides and coordinate trainings
- Document troubleshooting methodology and resolution steps
- Track project milestones and provide regular progress reports to supervisor
- Ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Diploma in Information Technology or similar qualifications.
- Candidate must be highly proficient in Microsoft applications. e.g Microsoft Word, Excel etc
- Familiar with development technologies (any one of ASP or ASP.NET) is preferred
- Familiar with database technologies (any one of SQL Server or MySql) is preferred
- Detailed oriented and meticulous.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team.
