Job Description:
- Lead the Finance Team
- Prepare financial management reports, Management Accounts every month for review for both Singapore and Malaysia companies
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and external parties to ensure relevant statutory compliance
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, Companies Act, tax regulations and other regulatory requirements
- Experienced and good in handling withholding tax and GST.
- Assist in stock reconciliation, consignment billing
- Manage and process office payroll as well as to ensure that monthly payroll processes run smoothly.
- Follow up with new application and renewal of insurance policies.
- Assist and review transfer pricing report
- Perform cash collection and petty cash disbursement
- Handle HR administration tasks (i.e application of work permit, survey, recruitment)
- Assist in any adhoc function and related duties as and when assigned by management
Requirements:
- Minimum degree in Accounting or Finance with 4 years of relevant experience, at last 2 years in supervisory role.
- Audit experience would be an advantage
- Excellent communication and analytical skills with good command in English, Bahasa Malay and Mandarin
- Possess good leadership and interpersonal qualities, highly motivated with a strong sense of integrity
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software applications
- Experience with SAP Business One and ERPnext will be preferred
