Main Responsibility:

  • Manage and review sales order requirement from order launched into system to shipment.
  • Responsible to monitor and track status to ensure order fulfillment, projecting 3 months’ revenue and on-time delivery.
  • Work with various stakeholders to resolve issues and with a sense of urgency.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales order status from Sales order launched and promised in system to shipment.
  • Review MPS (Master Production Schedule) requirement and highlight on special requirement.
  • Work with Engineering to ensure all part numbers are agreed and release base on tollgate set.
  • Forward planning by tracking, monitoring of status to ensure orders fulfillment and resolve deviations with relevant stake holders.
  • Provide regular order status to internal customers as specified.
  • Responsible for three months’ revenue projections, on-time delivery and highlight risks on potential delays and past dues.
  • Managing of exception messages as generated by MRP run to reflect most current changes.
  • MOC management.
  • Drive solutions with various departments when roadblocks occur.
  • Attend Daily SFDM and ODM and report Key Performance Indicators, highlight deviations from target.
  • Drive and participate in problem solving through A3 PDCA tool.
  • Participate in Kaizen (RIE).


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma and/or Degree in in Supply Chain, Engineering or Manufacturing
  • 2 year experience in manufacturing environment or related field
  • APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or APICS Certified Supply chain Professional (CSCP) would be ideal
  • SAP or capable of utilizing ERP-type of software in managing the planning process
  • Lean or Green Belt Six Sigma certification would be ideal
  • In-depth knowledge in excel
  • Process project management skill with ability to identify milestones and critical path and work towards on time completion
