HR Assistant

  • Full Spectrum of HR & Admin
  • To handle MOM - WPONLINE & EPONLINE for New, Renew, Cancellation etc
  • Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation
  • Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off
  • Handle full set of payroll management, preparation by using payroll software, added advantage if know infotech software, if not also training will be provided
  • In charge for Filing of Employee Income tax and handle all related matter
  • Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures
  • Answer employees’ questions and provide requested information. Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities & Answer telephone calls and provide needed information
  • Assist recruiters in posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes
  • Labour Monitoring, insurance and other adhoc works
  • In charge for Employees Training
  • CPF filing, apply Levy claim and maintain its record.
  • In charge for Company Insurance (WICI, FMI, PL), Company vehicle VPC, Motor Insurance, Road Tax
  • Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
