- Full Spectrum of HR & Admin
- To handle MOM - WPONLINE & EPONLINE for New, Renew, Cancellation etc
- Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation
- Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off
- Handle full set of payroll management, preparation by using payroll software, added advantage if know infotech software, if not also training will be provided
- In charge for Filing of Employee Income tax and handle all related matter
- Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures
- Answer employees’ questions and provide requested information. Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities & Answer telephone calls and provide needed information
- Assist recruiters in posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes
- Labour Monitoring, insurance and other adhoc works
- In charge for Employees Training
- CPF filing, apply Levy claim and maintain its record.
- In charge for Company Insurance (WICI, FMI, PL), Company vehicle VPC, Motor Insurance, Road Tax
- Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
