Roles and responsibilities:
To provide excellent customer service towards stakeholders and external customers.
Scope of work:
· Perform basic functionality inspection on Demo/Loaner asset that are returned to store after loan.
· Perform in-house inspection, assessment and troubleshooting of medical equipment that are sent in for repair.
· Conduct detailed investigation for complaints on medical equipment and prepare reports as required.
· Perform Quality Checks on Medical equipment after repair.
· Conduct On-Job Scope Handling, Inspection Practices, Trainings, and Culture Induction for Interns.
· Perform On-Job Medical equipment Assessment, Repair and Quality Assurance Checks for Engineers.
· Performing 5s Housekeeping such as organising things in order, cleaning, and setting up procedures on a regular basis.
· Adopt customer centric approach.
· To ensure QAQC achieved all KPIs.
· Any other work-related ad hoc duties as assigned

What we are looking for:
· Diploma or ITE in Engineering / Biomedical Engineering.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Positive attitude, detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks
· Fast respond
· Attention to details, strict, steady hands and keen eyes to handle delicate components
· Familiar with use of ESA & ESU testers, electrical, mechanical & soldering
