- Fully accountable for the quality, on-time & customer satisfaction of delivery application/business requirement assigned.
- Ensure delivery in accordance with SingTel/Optus IT’s strategic standards with essential quality in place via proper deliverables, review & acceptance testing.
- Drive Singtel design principles and strategy
- Work closely with different technical groups and SME’s to fulfil e2e solution objective
- Work with vendors (local and offshore), negotiating solution costs and ensure quality over their deliverables with proper acceptance, review & processes
- Ensure solutions meets all requirements including business functional requirements, IT operations requirements, audit and control requirements, etc.
- Act as a technical product SME on MicroServices and Security with Business and InfoSec
- Understand architectural standards, guidelines, policies and best practice for technology, application and data within the domain
- Able to present MicroServices solution and Security solution to our vendor partners and influence Executive Management (Director and VP level).
- Responsible for leadership development in support of the business. A high level of focus is placed upon working together with various domain architects, solution designers and subject matter experts on providing outstanding Customer Experience as well as building trust and working relationships across the entire SingTel Group IT organisation.
- Responsible for the management of MicroServices platform architects and developers with Security by Design as key principle.
Skills for Success
- The role requires extensive (15+ years) senior level experience in evaluating and managing technical, business and commercial issues and risks and the associated complexity.
- At least 10 years of Architecture skillset with proven delivery of MicroServices Architecture.
- Ability to lead the development and production support of CS microservices capability and architect innovative solutions.
- Strong ability to orchestrate outsourced delivery while working with technology partners to execute the delivery of these solutions.
- Strong knowledge on payment management and payment industry best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and guide the team to work collaboratively with the vendors to deliver high quality solution, on schedule, on budget and meet all requirements.
- Strong technical knowledge to resolve all application related issues with the vendors (eg disagreement in scope, effectiveness of vendor approach, completeness of review etc).
- Strong experience and expertise in Customer Relation Management (CRM) and/or Ordering (order capture, integration, channel support, orchestration), and/or Billing (Invoicing, Revenue Recognition, Payment, Settlement), and/or Fulfilment (Service Management, Resource Inventory, Activation, Orchestration).
- Certified TMForum member (preferred).
- Technical knowledge on Amdocs CES suite (preferred).
