Purpose of the role
Build next generation web and mobile applications for Singlife advisor.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the business-aligned product teams to analyse and prioritise requirements.
- Setting up frameworks of standards and procedures. Follow modern development principles to write high quality code.
- Work with geographically diverse vendor teams to ensure deliverables are achieved within agreed time frames.
- Effectively test all code to ensure that the highest standards of quality are maintained.
- Support the day-to-day management of the product including business queries and issue resolution.
- Assisting with training and recruitment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience with the mobile/app development life cycle.
- In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.
- Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.
- Have experience in building and integrating with backend application using Java spring boot will be an added advantage.
- Experience in agile tools and methodologies.
- Comfortable directing offshore developers.
- Knowledge of financial services and insurance is a strong plus.
- Entrepreneurial and analytical; effective at managing change in a fastmoving and constantly evolving business advisor or investment bank.
- Has a proven track record in managing people, programs, and processes, and in locating, structuring, financing, and managing of successful investment portfolios.
