Job Responsibilities
- Monitor vessel schedule and PSA terminal performance for improvements where necessary
- Maintains timely closure and completion of EZLL loadlist and resolve any discrepancies within the required completion time
- Maintains timey closure and completion of TDR within the required completion time
- Check and liaise with regional operations for all vessel long-term schedule
- Ensure that berthing schedule and particulars are timely created and updated in Portnet
- Assist in achieving best stow plan to avoid mishandlings and stowage amendments charges by closely liaising with regional command and port terminal officers
- Monitoring and sending of alerts for any restricted or unapproved Dangerous cargo or special containers
- Ensure to collect and prepare all necessary documents required by Master or Vessel Operator
- Coordinates and assist to ensure all recoverable charges are documented, billed and collected accordingly
- Generates timely transmission of terminal departure report to respective locations and Liner team
- Liaises and appeals with PSA on tight and rejected connections
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma qualification in Maritime Studies/ Logistics & Supply Chain/ related field of studies
