Job Description
- VMware Workspace ONE Administration.
- Airwatch Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM).
- Provide level 2 support for reported issues.Be the technical subject matter expert.
- Participate in discussions with various business units to meet their business requirements.
- Manage, administer and operate the EMM platform.
- Create, manage and roll out device policy in consultation with client Maintain and document the list of devices in the system.
- Manage mobile devices, enroll or unenroll devices from the system.
- Disable or wipe device with approval from client.
- Support upgrade of Horizon Infrastructure.
- Support project teams for mobile app testing (UAT), communication (change management) & deployment (rollout).
- Manage device refresh, mobile app rollout and device OS upgrades.
- Work with principal vendor and operational teams to support any high priority incident and enhancement.
- Note: You could be posted to any subsidiary in SIA Group.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science or equivalent, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience working in large IT environment.
- At least 3 years of VMware Workspace One experience is a must.
- Possess excellent communication skills and be able to work in virtual teams with internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to lead teams and work with various stakeholders to deliver positive results.
- Applicants must be VMware certified or hold equivalent and/or relevant certification program.
