- Manage work pass processes, including application, renewal, and cancellation, among other related tasks.
- Co-ordinate staff accommodation and related activities for foreign workers.
- Updating of leave and contract details to the system
- Organize monthly HR and Operations meeting
- Offer assistance with other HR matters and handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in HR functions
- Good knowledge of the Employment Act and other labour laws in Singapore
