Job Description & Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales Team in SEA and EMEA Region
  • Attend to Customer Inquiries and Order Status
  • Able to prepare Quotations/Order Confirmation/PO/DO/Invoices and

Shipping Paperwork

  • Execute process via ERP System
  • Purchasing
  • Arrange shipment with appointed forwarders
  • Ensure all orders are processed and items are delivered on time
  • Communicate with internal and external suppliers
  • Administration - e.g. Reports and other assigned duties

Job Requirements:

  • Familiar with ERP Systems
  • Knowledge of the Order Fulfilment process
  • Well Versed in Shipping e.g. Import/Export and Cross Dock Shipmentsproceedures
  • Knowledge in Shipping Incoterms and Types of Permit
  • Basic knowledge in Logistics - Simple Goods Receiving/Inventory and simple packing
  • Basic Knowledge of Purchasing
  • Familiar with Semiconductor items - Machines and Spare parts
  • Able to be independent, committed, and be resourceful
  • IT Savvy
  • GCE O / ITE / Diploma
