Duties include:
- Handling of phone and walk-in enquiries
- Assisting Branch Manager in ensuring smooth operations and scheduling of appointments
- Be the face of the company during your interactions with both our existing and potential customers
- Communicate and share with our customers the benefits of our various treatment and services of our clinic
- Ad-hoc activities as assigned by branch manager
Requirements:
- At least 1 year working experience in a customer facing role in similar retail/TCM/Wellness industry
- Ability to communicate well in both English and Mandarin
- Passion in providing superior customer service and addressing the healthcare concerns of our customers
- Team player and ability to work well with others
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast paced customer facing role
