We are working with a financial institution in Singapore. As part of their continued growth, they are looking to hire a Purple Team manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Work with existing team members and vendors to ensure smooth running of the defensive and offensive security teams.
- Lead the incident response function and provide input to improve the existing processes.
- Analyze threat intelligence and present the findings to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years in a defensive or offensive security role, ideally in a financial institution.
- Experience in incident response, vulnerability assessments and penetration testing and analyzing security alerts.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently. Experience in managing or mentoring junior staff is an advantage.
