Benefits Summary:
- Basic up to $3800
- Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 1pm
- Location: Ubi Avenue
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a daily record of the Directors' schedules and tasks.
- Support the Director in various office administrative and personal responsibilities.
- Organize travel arrangements for the Director.
- Manage and oversee event and training program logistics.
- Coordinate and document meetings, including preparing meeting minutes.
- Aid the Director in tasks related to business development.
- Assume responsibility for the company's digital marketing and social media presence.
- Foster communication with clients, staff, vendors, and international suppliers.
- Undertake general office upkeep duties and handle miscellaneous administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma/degree holder with at least 2 years of working experience
- Strong analytical problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
- Self-motivated, creative and ability to work independently
- Punctuality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Canva, Adode Photoshop/Illustrator are added advantage
