- Monday to Friday, 8am - 5:45 pm (1 hr lunch break)

Job Description:
- The Go to Person on ERP IT support including CRM & WMS software
- Manage Information Technology and Computer Systems
- Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
- Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems
- Troubleshooting, testing, and repairing any equipment or software malfunctions that may occur
- Ensuring that the communication system meets all safety regulations and standards.
- Ensuring that all equipment and installations are in compliance with safety codes, regulations, and standards.
- Seek and propose new technology in responding to the company’s strategy and improve overall IT functions.
- Ensure smooth daily IT operations and zero downtime for critical applications.
- Liaising with other departments, determining and addressing their IT needs and requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of asset-related technologies.
- Manage IT vendors / Managed services providers and evaluate their performance regularly.
- Contribute to the development of IT strategies to align with the organizational strategies.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent
- Good knowledge on ERP IT system such as SAP, Oracle, Exact Globe or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as on-site IT Manager for a mid-size company
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and of computer hardware/software systems
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation.
