Roles and Responsibilities:
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all equipment is functioning satisfactorily and safely. Conduct regular inspections and perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems.
- Electrical Systems: Maintain and repair all electrical systems in the hotel.
- Air-Conditioning/Ventilation: Inspect and maintain all air-conditioning and ventilation equipment.
- Plumbing/Sanitary Systems: Inspect and maintain the plumbing and sanitary systems to ensure proper functionality.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager and other team members to address maintenance issues promptly.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as directed by the Maintenance Manager to contribute to the overall efficiency of the maintenance department.

Requirements:
- Nationality: Only Singaporeans / PRs / relevant work pass holders are eligible for this position.
- Educational Qualification: Must possess at least NTC 3, NITEC in Electrical or Mechanical Trade Certificate or relevant Qualification in Facilities Management.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity in the Hospitality industry.
- Work Hours: Must be able to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
