Job Description:
- Contribute to formulating corporate sales plans and strategies.
- Conduct market intelligence and research activities.
- Expand the customer base and reach within the targeted industry.
- Promote service offerings to both existing and potential customers.
- Develop pricing and business models aligned with customer needs.
- Prepare and submit accurate and relevant proposals to customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests.
- Facilitate effective communication of customer expectations internally and with vendors.
- Provide timely and accurate information on industry and customer intelligence.
- Compile and submit comprehensive sales reports and analyses.
- Foster strong customer relationships through regular visits and responsive communication.
- Actively pursue new customers and identify growth areas.
- Undertake other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma/Degree in Sales or a relevant discipline related to the supply chain or logistics industry.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of working experience in logistics or the supply chain field.
- Exhibit excellent presentation and communication skills.
