Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Supporting in Sales
2) Work closely with backend system developers, product managers and engineers.
3) Participate in development of backend system
4) Provide customer service and handle sales’s enquiries
5) Understand web application development requirements and procedure
6) Supporting in system maintenance (training provided)
7) Trademark and Intellectual Property (IP) application
Qualifications:
1) Minimum 3 years relevant experience
2) Diploma / Advance Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject with at least 3 years of related presales working experience in IT.
3) Good presentation skills
4) JAVA, SQL, SaaS knowledge is a bonus
5) Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is a mandatory requirement. You are required to contact and work closely with colleagues stationed in China.
