Lico Resources, the specialist executive search firm is partnering with this distinguished and publicly-listed financial institution, searching for a seasoned Investor Relations specialist for their existing team in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication Strategy: Develop and implement a robust investor communication strategy, ensuring transparent and consistent messaging.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders. Serve as the primary contact for inquiries and engagement.
- Market Insight: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on potential business impacts.
- Strategic Guidance: Provide strategic insights to senior management based on investor sentiment, concerns, and expectations. Contribute to the development of investor relations policies and procedures.
- Investor Events: Coordinate and manage investor-related events such as earnings calls, conferences, and roadshows.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and disclosure obligations. Stay informed about changes in regulations affecting investor relations.
- Financial Reporting: Collaborate with internal teams to compile and communicate financial information. Prepare and distribute financial reports, earnings releases, and other materials to analysts, investors, and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation is advantageous.
- Proven experience in investor relations within a listed financial institution.
- In-depth knowledge of financial markets, reporting, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex financial information clearly and concisely.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to liaise effectively with the investment community.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to offer insights and recommendations to senior management.
