The Role Responsibilities
· The Project Manager is responsible for supporting the agile management of a programme and its relevant projects and initiatives to enable the SBO/HR transformation of the Bank, ensuring efficient, successful delivery across the programme lifecycle.
· The Project Manager’s work is defined by its dynamism, collaborations and fungibility across various projects / programmes.
· Due to the need to work with multiple key stakeholders, various programme constraints and limitations (e.g. financials), having strong partnership management and innovation skills accompanied by strong attention to details will enable an individual to thrive in this role.
This role is primarily responsibilities are
· Oversee the coordination of programme / Hive / Squad milestones and adherence to the Bank’s standards and governance mechanisms (e.g., SCB’s Project Management Standards, use of Agile methodologies)
· Work closely with programme’s Director, Hive / Squad leads and other relevant stakeholders to develop, maintain and iterate on programme roadmap, ensuring that the overall integration of the programme is considered
· Support with the development and maintenance of the ‘Book of Work” (i.e. list of projects / initiatives) for respective workstreams, ensuring that all projects / initiatives listed are aligned to the SBO programme’s overall goals and intended benefit, creating transparency in how all projects / initiatives come together to support programme
· Facilitate Product Owner(s), Hive / Squad leads in defining the programme / Hive / Squad objectives, success metrics and performance goals (e.g., definition of “Done”)
· Establish and facilitate engagement cadence / agile ceremonies with key stakeholders to ensure relevant parties are kept involved and informed throughout the programme (e.g., In the context of WoW, agile ceremonies include Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, MPRs / QPRs, Refinement Forums, SteerCo, etc)
· Influence the process of breaking down work and grooming and prioritising the backlog
· Oversee dependencies across the programme by coordinating with different Product Owners and other key stakeholders (where necessary)
· Support Programme Director with programme governance, providing second-line of checks for any key programme risks or issues
· Source for, analyse and interpret relevant data from project management dashboards to facilitate the tracking of programme / Hive / Squad progress, escalating any issues or obstacles and recommending mitigative actions
· Coordinate across programme / Hive / Squads, partners and vendors proactively to ensure accurate and transparent management of timeline, issues, risks and financial matters
· Ensure timely and accurate reporting of programme finances and updating
Strategy
· Partners with SBO Programme Director and other Head of HR in the development and execution of the SBO organisation strategy for “now, soon and later”
· Able to translate Strategy into actionable initiatives for execution
Business
· Good understanding of the CCIB business, TTO and the bank’s context – advantageous
Processes
· Keep abreast of emerging technologies to seek out new techniques or tools to enhance backlog management techniques and collaboration across programme (e.g., AI-powered collaboration platforms)

Risk Management & Governance
· Drive proactive management of programme issues and risks, working closely with the programme’s Product Owner to identify such programme-level risks while identifying mitigation action plans
· Conduct regular change risk assessment by tracking and monitoring how programme’s project / initiatives will impact Bank’s processes, ensuring compliance with the Bank’s Change Risk Assessment Guidance
· Identify and mitigate data risks in accordance with local markets’ data protection and privacy laws
· Ensure operational, legal, regulatory, reputation, compliance are held to the highest standards of risk management (at a product and enterprise level as relevant)

· 10+ years of experience in Agile Methodologies, Agile Project Management
· Should have managed Business care justification, data analytics & visualisation
