As Service Sales Manager, you will leads a team of sales reps and manages sales efforts, activities, and results. Drives performance against sales targets. Assists in development and execution of sales strategies. Deploys sales tactics, processes and priorities. Provides market expertise and sales support.
What you will do:
- Lead the service sales team and formulate strategies to broaden the service sales portfolio, meet and surpass revenue targets and uphold the utmost level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide outstanding service and value to clients and spearhead revenue growth through service offerings.
How you will do it:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Service Sales Representatives.
- Set clear sales targets and performance goals for the team.
- Provide training and coaching to enhance the team's skills and product knowledge.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve service sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and potential customer accounts.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to adapt and refine sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Understand client needs and develop tailored service solutions to address them.
- Ensure client satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or issues.
- Work with service operation leader to ensure work (incl. L&M works) is being consider for the PSA contract.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Make data-driven recommendations to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Negotiate service contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Collaborate with the legal team to review and finalize contracts.
- Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, contracts, and customer communications.
What we look for:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in service sales, with at least 10 years of experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of HVAC/BMS/Fire/SEC products/services is a plus.
