Job Purpose
Proactively handling SMB sales Hotline & Live Chat services to target new customers or existing customers and sell Starhub services.
Prevent SMB Churn by do proactively mobile & business broadband recon with customers.
Responsibilities
- Handling new & renewal sales enquiries over the hotline, Live Chat platform, contact new & existing customers on their new & renewal sales enquiries.
- Development of New Business Customers in target sales sectors.
- Do daily outbound calls to prospect or target customers according to Marketing campaigns.
- Lead generation from Sales Enquiries from Business Mailbox and 1800 Sales Hotline
- Direct cross sales or upsell StarHub service to SMB existing customers.
- Accountability of revenue protection for SME segment
- To recommend the right solution, service plans to clients and prevent them from churning their services.
- To effectively communicate with both internal stakeholders and customers
- Ensure SLA and high level of client satisfaction is maintained while adhering to established SOP.
Requirements
- Preferably a Diploma in any discipline.
- At least 2 years' work experience in Inside Sales or Telemarketing.
- Proficiency in Telecommunication and IT services will be an added advantage.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and resourceful.
- Experience working in a fast paced, agile environment.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task.
