1 Year Contract Renewable
Location: Marina
Salary Budget: UP to 4.3K
1.5 Months completion bonus
Job Duties:
- Main liaison to appointed payroll vendor on all payroll matters
- Handle payroll accounting tasks such as preparation of all payrolls related journals (including accruals) and uploading them into the system.
- Handle all income tax-related documents and matters
- Consolidate and generate payroll data for 300+ employees (both local and expatriate)
- Prepare payroll reports and check all data provided by the payroll vendor
- Monthly reconciliation of accounts for all entities in Singapore
- Manage annual statutory surveys and annual payroll audit schedules
- Manage and report information required in Statutory Accounts
- Manage Government Leave Grant
- Year-end accrual for unconsumed leave, tax processing fee and others
- Prepare benefits-in-kind for payroll upload.
- Assist Employee Services Executive in employee benefits programs administration, such as generating employees’ listings for employees’ insurance renewals, employee medical matters, etc.
- Support in preparation of journal and perform reconciliation.
- Other related duties or projects as assigned from time to time.
