Duties
- Provide immediate response to client's enquiries and concerns over the phone
- Resolve client dissatisfactions by initiating a thorough investigation of complaint, evaluate findings, and respond quickly to clients
- Assess problem resolution for future applicability and forward to appropriate quality assurance individual
- Pursue referenced test result to satisfy client needs and requests
- Print, prepare and distribute patient reports for delivery
- Perform data entry role when scheduled/assigned
- Assist with other database building activities when necessary
Requirements
- Able to work minimally 2 months
- Able to work at least one Sunday/PH in a month
- Mininally GCE N level
