Documentation Engineer (ISO/QMS)(Bedok Area/5 days)

• Develop, implement & maintain the QMS, EMS & OHSMS through the following activities:

1. Dissemination of QMS, EMS & OHSMS Policies & standards to all staff through Dept. Heads
2. Maintenance, management & control of the overall documentation system.
3. Plan, execute, conducts and leads internal audits.
4. Plan, manage & coordinate external audits by external Certification bodies.

• Assist to conduct In-house training for employees on QMS, EMS, OHSMS, EX and ASW when required.
• Reports all activities to Centre Head & Management Representative (MR).
• Consolidate total company data & results related to QMS, EMS & OHSMS & disseminate related information to & from internal/external interested parties.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electronics Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
• Prefer 2-3 years of relevant in Manufacturing Industry
