TOMRA Singapore is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finance & Admin Associate to join our team. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in providing essential financial and administrative support to the team as well as help to develop a scalable process within finance.
The objective of the position is to support the Finance team to organise and maintain day to day account policies and follow financial procedures. You will be required to interface with various stakeholders both internally with different departments as well as some externally.
Job Scope:
· Manage accounts payables and receivables including invoice verification, processing, recording and payments.
· Follow the correct approval processes for invoice & reimbursement verification & rectifying discrepancies
· Ensure proper documentation and filing
· Perform monthly closing processes and entries
· Review, highlight and raise any accounting issues in a timely manner
· Support with Month-end reporting requirement, updating metrics
· Ensure all invoices have been captured for closing and prepare expense accrual schedule if needed.
· Prepare balance sheet schedules and ensure invoices have been processed on a timely basis
· Support team in preparing various financial reports and projections data monthly/quarterly as required
· Prepare weekly/monthly cashflow forecast and bank reconciliation
· Quarterly GST Filing
· Communicating with various stakeholders for new initiatives and process improvement
· Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Technical/ Professional:
Degree in Finance/Accounting or other related degrees
At least 3 years in a similar position preferred
