- Investigate and resolve customer remittances queries in accordance with the established service level agreement and payment guidelines .
- Work with business units , agent banks/correspondent banks to resolve remittance queries .
- Process failed remittances in accordance to procedures
- Other ad hoc tasks assign by Team Manager
Requirements:
- Related experience in payments is highly desired.
- Fresh graduates with the right attitude can be considered .
- Possess strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ggood knowledge of intermediate level Excel functions ( v lookup, pivot table)
- Good verbal and written communication skill.
- Able to work well in a team.
