DevOps Engineer
Working Location: Central
Working Hours: Normal office hours (Hybrid Working Arrangements)
Remuneration Package: Up to $7,500 + AWS
We are looking for a skilled and passionate DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team.
As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in the successful implementation and optimization of our infrastructure, ensuring efficient and secure delivery of our digital services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous integration and delivery of software applications.
- Utilize your expertise in Kubernetes and Docker to deploy and manage containerized applications, optimizing scalability, availability, and performance.
- Leverage AWS Cloud services to architect, build, and maintain reliable and secure infrastructure that supports our digital services.
- Implement monitoring and logging solutions to proactively identify and address system issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Drive automation initiatives to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce manual efforts.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, making recommendations for improvements to our infrastructure and development practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in the tech sector, specifically in DevOps or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in CI/CD pipeline design and implementation, with hands-on experience using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or CircleCI.
- In-depth knowledge of containerization technologies, including Kubernetes and Docker.
- Demonstrated expertise in AWS Cloud services, including but not limited to EC2, S3, Lambda, and CloudFormation.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools, such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
- Solid understanding of networking principles and security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on automation and process improvement.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
