PROJECT COORDINATOR

Key Responsibilities:


· Coordinate and manage projects across the region, ensuring successful execution from initiation to completion.

· Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively implement corrective actions to ensure project objectives are met.

· Foster effective communication among project stakeholders, keeping all parties informed about project updates, milestones, and changes.

· Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive relationship with clients and partners.

· Utilize MS Office tools to create comprehensive reports, presentations, and project-related documentation.

· Prepare and deliver regular project status reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.


Qualifications and Skills:


· 1 to 2 years of experience in relevant field

· Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.

· Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive and adaptable approach to challenges.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure thorough project execution and documentation.


Summary of role requirements:


· 1-2 years of relevant work experience required for this role

· Working rights required for this roleEducation – minimum ‘O’ level, with preferred some engineering experience and good inter-personal skill.
