Job Description & Requirements
- Must have proficiency to speak English, Tamil, Hindi and Punjabi
- Must willing to work on weekends and public holidays because Our nature of bussiness in service industry as a retail sales which is peak business on weekends and Public holdiays
- Working on cell phones and mobile devices from various brands, models and operating systems
- Troubleshooting devices to identify aspects of the programming that might need repairs
- Completing surface-level repairs, such as cracked glass, stuck or missing buttons or scratched surfaces
- Repairing complex parts of mobile devices, such as their wiring, control pads and programming
- Preparing and processing invoices for customer transactions
- Acting as second-in-command to the manager,and taking care of all duties in their absence.
- Assisting the Manager with operational issues.
- Communicating with customers to learn about their repair needs
- Promptly answering the questions of staff and other stakeholders.
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with vendors.
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Taking inventory and ordering office supplies as needed.
- Updating logs and order forms.
- Analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager.
