JD for Bid Support Specialist
DSA is searching for a Bid Support Specialist to join our Singapore office to support our growing business in Singapore. You will be working closely with the Business Development Manager and Project Managers
Keeping our focus on growth, we are looking for self-driven individuals who can identify opportunities and are able to position the DSA brand and value to our customers.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Assist the new business department with the sales process
- Assist in all aspects and stages of the bid, including initiation and planning, kick-off, solution definition, content development, response consolidation, team reviews, quality control, management review and authorization, package and delivery, post-submission administration, bid revisions, bid awards and win/loss review.
- Deliver a weekly report on the status of open opportunities
- Ensure consistent bid documents across professional services bids.
- Ensure that the pre-sales and bid management workflows are followed, and documentation is stored in the proper location
- Ensure all submission documentation is properly completed and signed off by authorised signatories.
- Ensure proper documentation of every bid after tender submission.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts for inputs where necessary.
- Pose an understanding of client’s RFP/tender objective, client’s pain points and our competitive advantage.
- Support client pitches when necessary.
- Perform other related duties as requested.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business/Management or related areas
- More than 2 years of relevant experience in government or commercial bids preferred
- Highly familiar in Microsoft Office Applications esp. Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and eye for detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fast pace and stressful environment
- Past working experience in IT sector or MNC is an advantage
