about the role
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial part in:
- Selling a diverse range of banking products and services, catering to the financial requirements of SMEs.
- Identifying and acquiring new borrowing accounts through outreach initiatives and referrals.
- Offering financial solutions to effectively address the needs of SME clients.
- Building strong sales networks with both internal and external business partners, such as Relationship Managers, Property Agents, and Brokers.
- Ensuring proper adherence to the Bank's internal policies, business processes, and regulatory requirements while maintaining high standards in advisory procedures and documentation.
skills and experience required
- Minimum diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of b2b sales experience will be advantageous
- Good working attitude, highly motivated and result oriented
