Job Description
· Promote and propose company solutions to building owners, consultants and contractors.
· Develop long term customer relationships and maximize account penetration and customer retention.
· Identify potential opportunities & develop solutions with existing & new customers.
· Work closely with other department to promote package solution and enhance the win rate.
· Ability to effectively writes and presents proposals.
· Negotiates value, addresses resistance and closes the sale.
· Ensure all works carried out in accordance with the specified quality and EHS standards.
Job Requirements
· Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering or its equivalent.
· At least 1-3 years’ experience in selling HVAC or building automation system.
· Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
· Customer driven mindset.
