Job Responsibilities:
- Understand restaurant functions, policies, and employee duties.
- Assist the Manager in operations, customer management, and revenue goals.
- Manage opening, operating, and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with health regulations and safety policies.
- Foster positive guest relations and maintain store cleanliness.
- Lead, develop, and motivate the restaurant team, monitoring staff performance and implementing company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate services for both kitchen and service to improve service quality.
Job Requirements:
- Willing to learn.
- 0 - 2 years of experience in F&B.
