Job Description
· Provide assistance to passengers with special needs to/from flights
· Provide buggy services, to assist ferry passengers with to/from flights
· Assist in various special services duties to passengers (e.g. disable/ paraplegic passengers, unaccompanied minors, young passengers, non-English speaking passengers, and elderly passengers, etc)
Requirements
· Relevant hands-on experience in related field
· Diploma or Degree Holders without experience but with strong willingness to learn are also welcome, training will be provided
· Good communication and interpersonal skill
· Able to accept 6 days rotating shift working hours as required by airport’s operations (Morning shift, afternoon shift and midnight shift) including public holiday
