Description:
As the Social Media Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and management of the social media strategies across our food and beverage brands to boost brand awareness, drive engagement and foster a vibrant online community.
Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing and relevant content for various social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
- Capture high quality photos and videos of food, ambiance, and special events.
- Experiment with new features and post formats to keep the social media content fresh.
- Manage the social media calendar and day-to-day activities, including creating content, scheduling of posts, and engaging with our online community through responding to messages, comments and mentions in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Build the brands’ social media presence to drive engagement, brand awareness, and customer loyalty across various platforms.
- Measure and report performance of social media marketing campaigns.
- Keep up with social media trends, industry best practices, emerging platforms and monitor online conversations.
- Identify relevant influencers for potential collaboration, leveraging their expertise and influence to enhance content reach.
- Assist with planning and executing of marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good photography and videography skills.
- Digitally savvy, creative with strong attention to detail.
