Working Location: Tai Seng
Working Days:Monday- Friday 8am - 6pm
Duties and responsibilities:
- Provide L1/L2 support for office & stores infrastructure and retail application.
- Monitor daily operational IT problems and report to relevant party when necessary.
- Create and follow up tickets related to IT matters within business unit.
- Administration for email and D365 user
- Onboarding & offboarding new/ resigned staffs
- Involving D365 upgrade and deployment
- Ability to identify efficiently the cause of the reported incident.
- Maintain an Inventory of hardware/ software Licenses and keep it up to date with the changes take place as and when.
- Document IT support processes and procedures
- Provide support to e-Comm team on website and mobile app.
- Provide support to end user on reporting platform.
- To undertake any other related task/duty/assignment that may be given by the supervisors.
Requirement:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite & SQL, PowerShell, batch scripting.
- Possess 1-3 years of experience in the D365 preferred and any POS applications.
- Familiar with service desk system.
- Experience in setting up new retail store is an advantage.
- Experience in the retail industry is an advantage.
