- Participate in the recruitment process, including screening, interview arrangements, and related tasks for new hires.
- Conduct staff orientation, prepare appointment letters, and manage documentation for new employees.
- Manage work pass applications (Work Permit, S Pass, and E Pass) and related processes.
- Administer employee benefits, including medical records, insurance claims, leave system, and annual leave forecasts.
- Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records for all staff.
- Coordinate and schedule training courses, managing government grants and claims
- Handle overseas travel insurance claims and annual renewals.
- Manage business travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings, and assist with visa applications for staff.
- Calculate and verify payroll for workers, including overtime calculations.
Requirements:
- Diploma in HR or equivalent.
- 2 years of relevant working experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Good team player
