Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Production Coordinator to join our
Creative team. The candidate will be supporting the production of a range of outputs for
broadcast, marketing, social and digital campaigns for a global mass media and
entertainment conglomerate, ensuring that the team can operate in an organized and
efficient manner.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will report to the Creative Manager and work closely with the
Production Management Team. They will be overseeing the logistical workflow of projects
from brief to execution through frequent clear communication with the team. Day-to-day
tasks include:
1. Plan, schedule and track project bookings and timelines
2. Liaise with stakeholders on their requirements and specs to ensure that both parties
are on the same page at all times
3. Optimize management of resources - both in-house and external vendors/freelance
hires
4. Pre-empt hiccups in the production process and prepare alternative solutions
5. Identify, source and download media assets ahead of production
6. Check final deliverables ranging from broadcast quality short form video content to
trending social/digital and print creatives - ensuring that they're accurate and of the
highest quality
7. Diligent monitoring and upkeeping of trackers and database documents
8. Proactively manage project archives and back-ups
Requirements
1. Minimum 2-3 years of project management experience in a creative agency, network
or production house, with a deep understanding of the creative delivery process
2. Good knowledge of MS Office and some knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite
3. Meticulous and detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills
4. Proven time management skills (you will be the team's timekeeper!)
5. Fluent in English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
