Responsibilities
• Provide quotations, and other requests relating to Motor insurance or our clients and partners
• Liaise with insurers’ underwriting, processing, service and support team for quotations, referrals, appeals
• Attend to Salesforce Leads and queries promptly
• Preparation of documents relating to transacted business
• Attend to customers' and partners' insurance-related queries
• May be involved in projects to improve the quotation process through digitalisation
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of related experience is preferred
• Insurance, financial advisory background is a plus
• Min. Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
• Market knowledge in Motor insurance is an added advantage
• Responsible and takes ownership
• Good analytical, communication and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (Salesforce)
