Responsibilities
- Quote & Order processing
- Follow up on quotes, shipment & payment status.
- Order entry and assist in billing process.
- Post sales follow up
- Handles inquiries via email, phone calls
- Follow up inbound leads or cold calling outbound clients
- Route inbound calls to the appropriate sales executive to assist in closi ng leads
- Perform data entry and database management functions
- Assist clients to complete payment after purchase
- Research accounts to identify new leads and route them t o the appropriate personnel to follow up on.
