Job Description
- Ensure order shipments process accurately
- Handle invoice and shipping documentations
- Coordinate inbound/ outbound shipments with customers
- Handling customer enquires / feedback
- Send all necessary information and documentation to clients / agents / sea companies / forwarders accurately and on a timely basis
- Filing and sorting daily documents / report
- Prepare full set of shipping documents such as Job Sheet, cargo arrival & departure
- Familial with process custom permit
- To ensure strict safety compliances
- A good communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent and a self-starter, with strong personal drive to initiate and implement.
- Ability to work under stress, multi-tasking and adaptability
- Ad-hoc tasks as per instructed
Requirements
- Min N' or O' Level and ITE or NITEC Graduate with 1 years' working experience
- Added advantage if you have software skills in Logistics software (ITMS), Excel, Power Point, Portnet
- Singaporean preferred
