Chief Executive Officer (SG Chinese F&B Chain)

Job Description:

The CEO will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the group business in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the food and beverage industry and possess strong business acumen. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Director to develop and execute strategies that drive the company’s growth, enhance its market position, and ensure operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement the company’s overall strategy in alignment with the Board’s vision and goals.
  • Provide leadership in identifying new business opportunities and market trends.

Operational Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Implement effective cost-control measures without compromising on quality.

Financial Management:

  • Drive financial performance through effective budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor key financial metrics and implement strategies to achieve financial objectives.

Brand Development:

  • Enhance and protect the Group’s brand by ensuring consistency in quality and customer experience.
  • Explore opportunities for brand expansion and partnerships.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationship with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and regulatory authorities.
  • Represent the group at industry events and forums.

Talent Management:

  • Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier talent.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work culture that encourages innovation and professional growth.

Risk Management:

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to the business, both internal and external.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Proven executive leadership experience in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, culinary trends, and customer preferences.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning, financial management, and business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Visionary leader with a track record of driving organizational growth and profitability.
